NANA, through its membership of the Council of Small Business Organisations Australia will be participating in an upcoming workshop with the ATO and other regulatory agencies over the definition of what constitutes a “contractor”. A correct and sufficiently broad definition which encompasses all legitimate forms of contracting in the industry will have better outcomes for Newsagents who contract out parts or all of their deliveries.
