News Corp Australia continues to refer complaints from subscribers alleging missed throws. Most that have been investigated by NANA have proven that there was not a problem with the delivery in the first place or that the Newsagent had the subscriber on stop as per advice from News Corp Australia’s subscriptions department.
NSW Lotteries has written to NANA to advise that they have conducted a review and updated the minimum sales requirement which a lotteries outlet must achieve and maintain each week to retain the outlet.
Each week NANA prepares a report for the publishers of the major weekend newspaper titles to highlight problems with the quality of the print production of newspapers.
Following on from the referral by NANA to NSW Lotteries of a number of instances of missing or delayed deliveries of ISI tickets to Newsagents, we have been advised that some orders for tickets were delayed due to problems with the transport company used by NSW Lotteries for deliveries.
