Delivery of the Daily Telegraph to distribution Newsagents was severely delayed this morning due to a decision to delay publishing to include an additional election coverage editorial. Delays of more than 2 hours have been reported from across NSW. News Corp did not notify distribution Newsagents that delivery would be delayed.
Based on feedback from Members, NANA is working with blueshyft to correctly structure their procedures when dealing with disputes between Newsagents and the digital platform provider.
