NANA is in discussions with the NSW Small Business Commissioner over how the Commissioner’s office can make the Tabcorp/NSW Lotteries disputes procedures more transparent and accountable.
As reported earlier this week, NANA has previously submitted to NSW Minister for Customer Service Victor Dominello that our concerns about Tabcorp’s Omni-Channel program included underlying problems with recognising opening/readership of “What’s Hot @ The Lott” and the lack of transparency on site survey weightings.

NANA referred concerns over Tabcorp’s price increase statements that Newsagents have been required to display to the ACCC on the grounds that the statements made by Tabcorp in the display notices are misleading, ambiguous and possibly false.
