NSW Health has written to retailers of tobacco products warning it is illegal to sell e-cigarettes to anyone under 18 years of age and to sell e-cigarettes that contain nicotine.
NANA has engaged with the ACCC over false and misleading claims made by VANA and their offshoot NLNA over insurance. The ACCC has asked NANA to provide an extensive array of information from the regular bombardment of hysterical claims made by both VANA and NLNA in their spam email campaigns.
NANA has worked with News Corp Australia, NINE and Ovato to review and improve the primary distribution delivery performance in South West NSW. Whilst there has been an improvement and re-organisation which has led to better delivery times for Newsagents, the situation is still under regular review.
