NANA has reported over recent weeks that the delivery of ISI products via NSW Lotteries/Tabcorp’s delivery contractor StarTrack have been delayed in certain areas. On-time deliveries are best described as patchy. Whilst some improvement in areas previously suffering from unacceptable delivery delays have improved, instances of delayed deliveries are still being reported to NANA.
Due to the Christmas and New Year public holidays falling on normal lotteries account sweep days, NSW Lotteries/Tabcorp will defer account sweeps to the following Tuesdays. This will mean your account will be swept for a full week of payments due on both occasions.
