NANA has reported over recent weeks that the delivery of ISI products via NSW Lotteries/Tabcorp’s delivery contractor StarTrack have been delayed in certain areas. On-time deliveries are best described as patchy. Whilst some improvement in areas previously suffering from unacceptable delivery delays have improved, instances of delayed deliveries are still being reported to NANA.
