Excessive Annual Leave
The approach of any major holiday break and the end of the year causes many Newsagents to focus on annual leave and the accrued entitlements of employees. In 2016 the Fair Work Commission changed the General Retail Industry Award 2010 in relation to Annual Leave provisions.
This award covers most employees working in Newsagencies, including delivery drivers.
