NANA has been notified of a new system developed by Nine Publishing designed to “assist newsagents and distributors to identify repeated subscriber delivery issues”.
NANA believes the new Priority Care program is an overreach and the expectation that a delivery driver must get out of their vehicle and take a photograph (exactly of what is unknown) for a period covering 5 subsequent deliveries for each subscriber on a Priority Care report and then send the photographs to Nine/Fairfax is ridiculous.
