Unfortunately, NANA has had to act to report non-exempt retail businesses in the Greater Sydney area which are also lotteries franchisees to the NSW Police. The notifications have involved retail businesses which are not included in the list of retail businesses which are exempt from the Public Health Orders which require certain types of retail to cease trading (unless on a click-and-collect and/or a delivery basis). Even if the reported businesses close and operate on a click-and-collect basis or by home delivery, NANA does not believe that those businesses would be compliant with franchise conditions and licensing requirements under the NSW legislation.
