Industrial manslaughter offence being introduced within the Australian Capital Territory’s work health and safety framework

The modified offence will appear under a new s 34A of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (ACT), replacing the existing industrial manslaughter offence under ss 49C and 49D of the Crimes Act 1900.
