NANA has worked with many Members over the issue of faulty transformers for lotteries ISI dispensers which cause a failure for the dispenser lighting system. What we have found is that reporting the problem to your lotteries BDM may not get the problem resolved. The issue has been highlighted in several site surveys over the past few months.
