NANA has been approached by the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman’s (ASBFEO) office to take a leading role in the development and review of a national policy on dispute resolution for small businesses across Australia. The invitation to NANA from ASBFEO recognises the active role NANA has played in ASBFEO activities in relation to franchising, the limitations on mediation, the review of small business insurance, compensation for Tyro users and briefings to the Ombudsman during the Are Media/Australia Post magazine trial dispute.
