NANA is aware that New South Wales Lotteries/Tabcorp/The Lott recently requested a considerable number of Newsagents supply a Certificate of Currency (COC) for their mandatory lotteries insurance. By implication, NSW Lotteries/Tabcorp/the Lott may have been suggesting these Newsagents do not have full insurance coverage as required under the franchise agreement.
Newspack Insurance has resolved individual notifications to Newsagents, however, the following information should cover any concerns that Newsagents insured through Newspack Insurance has about your mandatory lotteries insurance:
