Up until recently New South Wales Lotteries Corporation Pty Ltd and Tabcorp Holdings Ltd were prone to make changes to the Operations Manuals without following the procedure clearly spelled out in the Franchise Agreement. It was only when NANA called them to account that they suddenly started to list proposed changes giving the required 10 business days’ notice.
