The recent settlement offer made by Tyro to Newsagents who suffered losses as a result of the terminal failures earlier in the year are in NANA’s view unsatisfactory and inadequate.
The offer gives Newsagents two options – settle for ½ a month’s terminal rental fee or submit detailed information in support of a more extensive claim.
