NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has recently commented that “common sense” should apply when it comes to how vaccination requirements should be handled in the workplace, whether employers will be able to require employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and if businesses can refuse access to customers who cannot demonstrate they have been vaccinated.
