Mandatory face masks reintroduced for indoor settings in the ACT

The ACT has reintroduced the requirement to wear a mask indoors amongst other changes to help keep the community safe from the Omicron variant of COVID-19.
Since 11.59pm on Tuesday 21 December, mask wearing has once again become mandatory in indoor settings in the ACT including in Indoor Retail settings.
Exceptions for mask usage can be found on the ACT Government COVID-19 website that can be accessed by the block below.
When individuals are outside their home, the ACT Government has asked they continue to check in at all stores using the Check In CBR app, regularly wash and sanitise their hands, and stay 1.5 metres away from people they don’t know.
