Last week NANA advised Members of the recent changes introduced by the NSW Government covering lease protections due to impacts of the escalating COVID-19 situation in the Greater Sydney area and elsewhere in NSW. NANA expressed the view that the latest changes do little to support small and family businesses like Newsagents and the system introduced can be easily frustrated by landlords should they decide they wan to play hard ball.
