NANA is an active participant in and supporter of the Council of Small Business Organisations Australia (COSBOA). Part of NANA’s support for COSBOA has been an active and increasing level of input into COSBOA’s industrial relations reform policies. NANA recently worked closely with COSBOA and its member associations in Fair Work Commission’s Award flexibility case concerning the General Retail Industry Award as it relates to additional ordinary hours for part time employees.
