Safe Work Australia has released new guides to assist small businesses like Newsagents to introduce policies and actions aimed at preventing workplace sexual harassment and violence and aggression.
All employers and “persons conducting a business or undertaking” (PCBU) are obliged to manage the risks of sexual harassment and violence and aggression occurring in the workplace.
