The Fair Work Commission handed down its decision in the 2020 Annual Wage Review last Thursday. The headline from the decision is that Award rates will increase by 1.75%, but in the case of the General Retail Industry Award 2010, rates will not increase until the first full pay period on or after 1 February 2021.
