The federal government’s support package was announced yesterday afternoon. The Prime Minister also addressed the public by way of a television broadcast last night.
NANA has actively participated in actions by the Council of Small Business Organisations Australia (COSBOA) to put the need for support of small businesses directly in front of government. NANA believes that further support will be announced as the COVID-19 menace unfolds and the full impacts start to materialise for all types of businesses and their employees. NANA will continue to work through COSBOA to enhance the already announced package so small businesses can continue to operate and sustain their businesses.
