How to register customers who use COVID-19 Check-In Cards issued by Service NSW

Service NSW issues COVID-19 Check-In Cards to individuals who for whatever reason request one. Normally the request is made because the individual does not have a smart phone to which they can download the Service NSW app used for QR Code Check-Ins. Unfortunately, Service NSW has not issued clear guidance on how Newsagents can set up a system to easily record customers who use this COVID-19 check-in method.
