NSW Lotteries has notified outlets that they incorrectly calculated commission payments for the $4 Fruit Explosion Instant Scratch-Its ticket (game no: 3630). The commissions were paid at $0.16 per ticket when the correct commission is $0.32 per ticket.
NSW Lotteries will credit accounts as part of the sweep on Tuesday, 15 February 2019. The credit will be applied and seen on the retailer’s settlement reports under Adjustments in the Summary section as “Other GST”.
It is good to see that the NSW Lotteries system caught the error and have acted promptly to resolve the issue.
