The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) has updated its advice to employers as to their ability to require employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The FWO places different types of businesses into tiered groupings, with those in tier 1 more likely to be able to require their employees to be vaccinated and those in tier 4 most unlikely to be able to require employees to be vaccinated.
