The Newsagents Association of NSW and ACT Ltd – ACN 096 737 352 (the Company)
Notice is given that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has, under s329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001, confirmed the resignation of the Company’s former auditor with effect from 6 January 2020.
To conform with the disclosure requirements required by ASIC, specifically Regulatory Guide 26 at paragraphs RG 26.59 to RG 26.61, the following information is provided:
Details of outgoing auditor:
– Moore Stephens NSW – Level 7, 9-13 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000
Details of the proposed incoming auditor:
– SDJA – PO Box 324, West Pennant Hills NSW 2125
Reason for the change in auditor:
The outgoing auditor made application to ASIC to resign as the Company’s auditor and ASIC has consented to the application to resign by way of correspondence dated 6 January 2020.
