The Federal Circuit Court of Australia has penalised a small business for failing to include superannuation details on pay slips. The Court considered the severity of the breach which only covered 12 instances of failing to record the name and number of the superannuation fund to which contributions were made, as required by regulation 3.46(5) of the Fair Work Regulations.
