NANA has again been active in the Fair Work Commission having participated in a conference before the Commission’s full bench last Friday, and then as part of conciliation conferences yesterday, which are scheduled to continue this afternoon. The attempt to increase flexibility enabling the easy extension of ordinary hours for part time employees on an ad-hoc or short term basis will go back before the Commission’s full bench on 16 March.
