epay has advised that Newsagents who have been affected by bush fires should contact them if:
• Their business has been lost, or
• Temporary closure has been required, which impacts minimum sales requirements
epay may waive fees which arise due to not meeting minimum threshold limits. The epay Customer Service team has been briefed, and as soon as a caller mentions bush fire or disaster the call will be escalated to the Sydney office where it will be managed centrally.
