NANA made representations to Fairfax Media concerning their proposed changes to the returns process for newsagents in the Central Coast and Wollongong regions. Fairfax originally proposed that Newsagents send mastheads from unsold copies to Fairfax by mail and then for Newsagents to arrange to get rid of the unsold copies which have previously been collected by Fairfax at no cost to Newsagents.
