Federal Minister for Industrial Relations Kelly O’Dwyer is set to take action to prevent the widespread prospect of certain casual employees being able to double dip by claiming they are also entitled to annual leave on top of the casual penalty rates they have already received. The double dip threat arises due to some unusual decisions from the courts on the entitlements of certain types of casual employees.
