NANA often works with Members seeking a review from Tabcorp/NSW Lotteries of a breach or critical non-compliance notice. Breach notices now have a dramatic impact on remuneration.
Sometimes the cause of the breach notice being issued tracks back to a site survey and the performance of the site surveyor. NANA has successfully worked with Members to have breach notices reviewed and withdrawn. NANA regularly works with senior executives from Tabcorp/NSW Lotteries on a range of matters and we have ready access which speeds up the processes involved.
Whilst the review process can be drawn out, NANA works with Members and takes on most of the load in dealing with Tabcorp/NSW Lotteries, even to the point of having the matter referred for external mediation through the mediation services of the NSW Small Business Commissioner. When NANA recommends mediation, NANA will generally pay the fees at no expense to the Member.
