NANA has compiled and easy to follow guide to assist Members with the new set of site survey questions related to observance of Fair Work, Award and employment requirements. Whether or not you or your staff agree with the questions, site surveyors will ask the questions and report to NSW Lotteries/Tabcorp on the results. The implications of incorrect answers can be quite severe, so NANA recommends members access the guide to overcome any problems.
NANA suggests Members provide truthful responses to the site survey questions. In producing the guide, NANA is aiming to assist Members avoid problems.
