NANA has been gathering data on slow paying service stations, especially head office/national accounts. The delays in payment by some of Australia’s largest companies are inexcusable. NANA is gathering the data to seek better payment outcomes for Members and to bring the large service station chains under the small business payment arrangements – the National Payment Transparency Register (highlights Australian businesses that pay small business suppliers in 30 days or less), promoted by the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman.
