NANA has been working with Members to recover large sums of outstanding account balances for service station sub-agent accounts across NSW and ACT. We have identified systemic problems with corporate Shell, Woolworths/Caltex and BP sites. In some cases, the amounts due which Newsagents were unable to recover exceeded well over $5,000.
