NANA has developed a News Corp Australia reconciliation procedure that will enable Members to validate their account on a weekly basis. This process plugs an important void which was not addressed with the release of iServices.
In developing the process
• News Corp Australia was consulted over time and has confirmed the principles of the process
• NANA has worked with a test group of Members on their News Corp Australia accounts in refining the processes, where underpayments, overpayments, under supply, oversupply and identification of subscriber deliveries being drawn from SC1 supply rather than HD1 have all been identified.
• Incorrect accounts from News Corp Australia and any supplier can cause significant losses to Newsagents
Like all new processes it may take some time to learn, but NANA is able to support you without any difficulties given it has been developed by NANA for Members. By testing the procedures with a group of Members, NANA has confirmed the instructions ensuring clarity and simplicity as far as possible.
