NANA expects the Federal Government’s proposed changes to the Fair Work Act will now take longer than originally expected to see the light of day. Originally, NANA advised it was unlikely the package would not be approved by Parliament until February 2021. The Bill has now been referred to a Parliamentary committee and won’t resurface until March 2021 at the earliest. Log in to read more
