One of the tasks Lottery Agents must do every week is login to the NSW Lotteries Retailers Website – at least once per week. NANA receives many calls from Members that highlight a markdown to their Outlet Performance Report as there has allegedly been a failure to do the minimum weekly login. Members are adamant that the minimum login was performed. In challenging this, through the PRRS or other mechanisms it has been difficult to get Tabcorp/NSW Lotteries to accept the argument from Newsagents and to get the downgrade reversed.
