NANA works closely with Members to review their accounts from publishers, especially when the publisher has been less than responsive to inquiries from the Newsagents.
Recent reviews conducted by NANA have resulted in thousands of dollars in refunds and credits from News Corp Australia being applied to NANA Member accounts. NANA has the ability and the persistence to assist Members in these types of reviews. At the request of Members, NANA directly negotiates with publishers and other suppliers to secure refunds and credits to which Members are entitled. NANA undertakes an in-depth analysis of accounts to ensure Members are not being overcharged.
