Casual employees – termination arrangements
NANA has prepared guidance for Members on the suggested procedures to consider when deciding whether to implement stand downs for full and part time employees. Due to the restrictions of the Fair Work Act, and in line with a policy position adopted by the Fair Work Ombudsman, NANA has also designed agreements to reduce hours and days worked for full and part time employees.
